Our Purpose:
We equip leaders working to fulfill
the Great Commission for the long-haul.
Christian leaders are often on the strategic edge of what God is doing in the world as they seek to fulfill the Great Commission. However, their personal desires are frequently overlooked, if not ignored beyond their most basic physical needs. Exago’s purpose is fulfilled as it pours its energies into equipping Christian ministry leaders and organizations to “survive and thrive.” Though our staff is often sought out to be involved with the training of leaders in ministry praxis, we believe that caring for the leader's personal needs is a crucial first step.
We seek to come alongside to offer encouragement, while helping leaders seek refreshment in their personal spiritual walk. Though what their “hands” are doing for Jesus is important…their “head” and their “heart” need to be cared for and encouraged along the way.

At Exago Ministries, our mission is to equip Kingdom workers with the tools, training, and encouragement they need to navigate the challenges of ministry while thriving in their God-given calling. One of our platforms for doing this well is MySupportRaising.
We have three areas of primary focus:

Coaching: Empowering individuals through holistic coaching, support-raising coaching, and executive coaching tailored to meet both personal and ministry needs.

Training: We use an interactive platform to develop and equip Kingdom Workers for long-term impact.

Organizational Consulting: Providing expert guidance in addressing challenges such as culture, leadership, staff accountability, and life-giving organizational policies to create sustainable growth for staff in their partnership development.
Through these efforts, we partner with Kingdom workers to strengthen their foundations, allowing them to serve with clarity, confidence, and a renewed focus on advancing the Great Commission.
