Aaron J. Babyar
Founder & CEO of Exago
Aaron felt called to full-time ministry at a young age and has faithfully followed that calling throughout his life. His journey has included serving in youth ministry, working as an Adjunct Professor, and helping to plant two churches. From his years of experience, paired with struggles and hardship, Aaron developed a deep passion for equipping and encouraging Kingdom Workers.

In response to this calling, Aaron and his wife, Marque, boldly stepped out in faith to serve those in ministry by founding Exago. Their vision was to create a ministry that empowers leaders to thrive in their calling and advance God’s Kingdom worldwide.
Founders Story
A Note from Aaron Babyar, Founder & CEO of Exago
Shortly after we began full-time vocational ministry, God allowed my wife and me to witness many lives transformed through Christ and true discipleship. However, we also faced significant stress and hardship—challenges that were difficult to articulate and even harder for others to understand. Although we were surrounded by people, we often felt isolated under the weight of responsibility and leadership.

We poured ourselves into others tirelessly, but no one was pouring into us. Ministry, while exhilarating, became draining—a passion that inadvertently threatened our spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
Complicating matters, the ministry organization we served with struggled with leadership issues that compounded our challenges. Like many kingdom workers, we found ourselves caught between our love for God and our gratitude for the opportunity to serve Him, and the behind-the-scenes burdens we felt ill-prepared and unable to resolve. Eventually, we reached a breaking point, nearly walking away from vocational ministry, despite feeling a persistent call and desire to serve God with our full focus.
If any of this resonates with you, rest assured you’re not alone. Many in kingdom work struggle to find balance. Without proper support and equipping, they risk burnout, quitting, or leaving the very ministry they once felt so clearly called to. We nearly became one of those stories, as we desperately searched for a better way forward.

By God’s grace, we survived that very difficult season. Some special people stepped into our lives, spoke truth in love, and guided us toward a healthier balance in ministry and life. Of course, there was more to the process, but God used that experience to ignite in us a passion to equip other kingdom workers and organizations to not only ‘survive’ but also ‘thrive.’
If you are reading this, you are probably what we refer to as a kingdom worker. Do you have trusted, qualified people equipping YOU to survive and thrive in life and ministry? Having a friend who will sometimes listen is valuable, but it’s not the same as having someone with the experience and skills to help you identify and address blind spots effectively. We pray that you have such support. However, if not, perhaps Exago can serve you through our resources in coaching, training, or organizational consulting.
God Bless,
Aaron J. Babyar
